  We liked the location of the Hotel. - Helpful response to my complaint about traffic noise - they found meanother room that was much quieter. Staff very helpful generally.

  This hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the market square of the old town and across the road from the castle. It is a modern, clean and extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are polite, pleasant and accommodating.   Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons.   This is a very nice hotel for a relatively reasonable price. I arrived about 1,5 hours before the official check-in time and, to my surprise, they instantly gave me a room without any questions and it was even bigger than I ordered and payed for (double instead of single). The hotel is situated near a university campus in front of a big park. Breakfast is included in the price. - A bit strange building, looks like a dormitory, but clean and cozy air-conditioned rooms for a very low price, 20-minute walk from the old town.   Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner.
