  This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. - Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

  Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. Provides city guided trips, evening party, pub crawls etc. but will also help you find the nearest locksmith F.E - Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  Oh my gosh, I loved the staff. I have stayed in hotels in SLovenia, Thailand, Paris, Barcelona, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Australia and Jordan in the past two years and no hotel has offered the friendly staff of Hotel Unicus. I don't think I have stayed in a Hotel which impressed me more in terms of the st - a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

  Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. We asked if we could cancel the reservation, even though the cancellation deadline is 24h upfront. Super cool and quite unusual - Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre of the town.

  Läget var jættebra och bra service, fina lgh man fick valuta før pengarna - Fick en stor lägenhet på tre rum och kök med separat bad och toalett. Det var personligt inrett t.o.m ett piano i vardagsrummet. Det är ett gammalt hus så lägenheten är ok, ingen lyx. Vi hade lägenheten mot Florianska så visst var det tjo och tjim nattetid, men så blir det ... vad folk säger » ju när man bor så centralt som det är. För priset vi betalade så var det helt ok att bo där mitt i Krakóws centrum.

  nice place, really good price, 1 min from Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and 8 min from main square. we had 1 appartment for 3 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Plenty of space. Clean. No need to go throght reception, so also enough privacy.
