  nice place, really good price, 1 min from Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and 8 min from main square. we had 1 appartment for 3 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Plenty of space. Clean. No need to go throght reception, so also enough privacy.   Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square.   Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

I have stayed in hotels in SLovenia, Thailand, Paris, Barcelona, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Australia and Jordan in the past two years and no hotel has offered the friendly staff of Hotel Unicus. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...
