  This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. - Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time.   Hotel Grodek is an excellent small hotel, with no detail left unattended. Its location is far better than any other hotel I saw in Krakow -- perfectly quiet, only two short blocks to the main square with easy access to the Jewish quarter. The room was excellent and the service was excellent. Perfect in every respect for my wife and I. The hotel itself was situated very close to the main square and this left it very easy for myself and my husband to walk in and out of the main square.I will definately visit again however I will take my family along.
