  Excellent service provided by very friendly staff who work on the reception. If you have any questions before you arrive they are very quick to respond by email. The apartments are very clean and modern in an excellent central location. Look no further if its the flexibilty of an apartment you're after. Fab stay thanks. - The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

  The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception.   I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  We liked the location of the Hotel. - Helpful response to my complaint about traffic noise - they found meanother room that was much quieter. Staff very helpful generally.
