  The apartments are in prime location a 30 second walk to main Market square facing a subway restaurant, always handy. The rooms are very stylish with ensuite and tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar at extra cost. There is a big lcd tv on wall and dvd player. This is the second time I stayed here and will stay again for sure. Totally recommend this place for fa - This hotel is literally 20 feet from the Rynek Glowny in Old Town Krakow! It is super clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is bilingual and very informed of what is available to do in the city and for day trips. The price was incredible considering the location.

The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

  Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! Breakfast in the morning was nice with plenty of options. Location was really excellent and very central to all shops, markets and attractions.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Your willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable as expected is something we appreciate. It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location. For sure we’ll stay again when we come back to this nice city.

  The apartment was really nice and in a very good location and had no noise from the street in the evening. We will definitely go back there.   Just wonderful! Cozy design, feels like home. It is located in the center of Krakow but the windows look out on the courtyard so was very quite. Except some noises on a lower floor (from restaurant). TV, WI-FI +Very comfortable bed.   The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet.
