  Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartments are renovated in a lovely contemporary style. I would highly recommend Novum House and will definitely sta - Despite we thought we have booked a double room apartment (something was wrong when I booked on letsbookhotel.com), we actually enjoyed our stay. Your willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable as expected is something we appreciate. It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location. For sure we’ll stay again when we come back to this nice city.

  The apartment was really nice and in a very good location and had no noise from the street in the evening. We will definitely go back there. There is quite a lot of stairs like most of the old buildings in Krakow but it didn't bother us too much. - Great location, spacious apartment and not that noisy. Very affordable so no complaints.   The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception.   I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone.   Stayed in these Apartments from Thurs 28th - Sun 1st Dec 2013, would highly recommend! Have stayed in apartments in London and Liverpool and although they were fine they weren't as good as the AAA Apartments. Everything was spotlessly clean and bed linen so fresh.   This apartment is fantastic. stylish, modern, well decorated, furnished to high standards (including dish washer, microwave, TV, etc).
