  We had a brilliant time during our stay in this apartment as it offers a great access to the square and views. The staff was very helpful and resolve any issues raised immediately. Highly recommended to stay in this apartment.

  Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus. In fact, we cannot fault the hotel in any way and we have travelled extensively. Location was superb, too. - A fantastic experience. Full of character, tastefully designed.   We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... vad folk säger » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  The apartment is well fitted out with all the facilities one needs (including washing machine, which was useful). The Block of apartments was quiet and secure and situated only a short walk from the centre (15 mins on foot). It is also close to the train station. The street outside is relatively busy but this did not disturb us. - the apartments ... vad folk säger » were very clean, modern and in an excellent location. there were complimentary tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc left for us and the rep who we paid was very helpful. the price we paid was very cheap and we felt like we had luxury.

  Hotel is close to city center. A quadruple room was two separate rooms with parquet floor, there was also a table and an electric kettle. The coffee from hotel's coffee machine costed only 2 zlotys. - Good location, basic but clean hotel with optional safe parking. Room bright and big enough.
