  The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room.   We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria.   Mycket hög service. - The owner and her son where very helpful,the breakfast was good, about a 7 minute walk from Train Station which we arrived at from the airport.The Airport has a Free Bus [3 minutes] to the local train station, followed by 15 min on train to Krakow.
