  Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again - Everyt... vad folk säger » hing. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  Brand new, clean apartment, top quality fittings. Near to all the attractions. Yet quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Helpful owners gave ideas of where to go in Krakow. Brilliant! - Very modern apartment. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again.

  Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. Nice grocery store in building and great italian food across the street. Owner is lovely and most helpful. She arranged for our transport from airport.
