  Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place.   Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square. It was close to both the bus, and train stations, which had a major modern shopping precinct adjacent to it. A lot of old world charm to the foyer and our room.   Läget var jættebra och bra service, fina lgh man fick valuta før pengarna - Fick en stor lägenhet på tre rum och kök med separat bad och toalett. Det var personligt inrett t.o.m ett piano i vardagsrummet. Det är ett gammalt hus så lägenheten är ok, ingen lyx. Vi hade lägenheten mot Florianska så visst var det tjo och tjim nattetid, men så blir det ... vad folk säger » ju när man bor så centralt som det är.   Very nice apartment, new fourniture, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. It doesn't matter that the reception is two blocks from the apartment. They are very nice and they take you until the apartmente. Moreover, it is very near from the main street. Just perfect location. - Good location in city center.   The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room.   The helpfulness of telephone staff as our flight was diverted because of heavy fog at Baluce airport & we arrived much later than expected our already late time. The girl who let us in was very pleasant at this late hour & very welcoming. As the apt was a serviced one it was great not to had to bring towels; hairdryer etc. We had - Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful.   It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Also the apartment was in a great location, on a fairly main road less than a 10 min walk from the main market square but not right on the square which meant it wasn't too noisy. The - Our trip to Poland was made all the more enjoyable by our visit to Krakow and our stay in this apartment. The only thing missing was a tea towel! Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two ringed hob.
