  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. They were modern, clean, safe, (code to get in and out), well equipped, we even had a bottle of beautiful wine waiting for us when we arrived, along with tea or coffee and the added touch of sweets on the bed was lovely.   Mycket hög service. - The owner and her son where very helpful,the breakfast was good, about a 7 minute walk from Train Station which we arrived at from the airport.The Airport has a Free Bus [3 minutes] to the local train station, followed by 15 min on train to Krakow. Also the award of the best place to sleep in 2007 should not be forgotten and the house does worth it!

  Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartments are renovated in a lovely contemporary style. I would highly recommend Novum House and will definitely sta - Despite we thought we have booked a double room apartment (something was wrong when I booked on letsbookhotel.com), we actually enjoyed our stay. Your willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable as expected is something we appreciate. It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location. For sure we’ll stay again when we come back to this nice city.
