  The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.

  nice place, really good price, 1 min from Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and 8 min from main square. we had 1 appartment for 3 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Plenty of space. Clean. No need to go throght reception, so also enough privacy.
