I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.

Amazing atmosphere in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and you had the option of getting dinner if you helped cook it! The best hostel I've ever been to! From the time of check-in to when
we left, our experience was awesome. There are lots of activities
organized by the staff, there is breakfast and dinner provided, it's
easy to meet fun new people from around the world, and the location is
perfect - very close to the bus/train station and all the sights.
The staff even offered to take everyone around the bars at night. There
was a range of ages there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Oh and there was free wifi although it was a bit intermittent for a while. - The location is excellent, the building has been beautifully renovated to provide lovely rooms and there is a great ambience in the place and the shared facilities were better than you can get in many other places! This is the greatest of apartments located in a great area and within walking distance to the old city and the train station. Although the road in front of the apartment is presently being repaired, this does not cause any difficulty. It is a temporary situation. The owners are amazing and willing to offer suggestions as to activities and good places to eat (ask about the best perogie place located nearby. YUM!) The apartment itself appears to be brand new and is very clean and comfortable

The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

Wonderful people and beautiful place. Lots to do and see, a must for a city break. The apartments are lovely. High ceilings and original coving. Really pretty and everything was spotless. Big comfy bed and lots of space. Peter was extremely helpful. We used Krakville Tours which were excellent too. Had an amazing weekend, will definitely return! -

What a wonderful break we had, took my mum away for a week to somewhere we both had not been before, what made this so special was the Home hotel, their staff and making us feel so welcome. What an amazing experience from some very passionate staff, from the rooms maids to the reception staff. Breakfast was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble from the restaurant staff to the chef, We have not stopped talking about it since we returned to the UK and would not hesitate in recommending the
