  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... vad folk säger » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  We have stayed in many aparthotels in the past, and were very pleased with this one. The location is excellent (closely located to public transit with a small grocery store 300m away) where you can get your breakfast goods or whatever - excellent prices at the store. The apartments (we rented two for the family) were well equipped and very clean. The AC was ex - A very calm and quiet place. The apartment was very clean. The parking lot was a great convenience and advantage of the hotel. The hotel attendant welcomed us on the alley in front of the hotel and accommodated us immediately.

  Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable.   Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.

  Really amazing large room, with great thoughtful facilities. The staff were really helpful, and professional. No need to go throght reception, so also enough privacy.
