  Allt var i jättebra, bokningen kom bort men de fixade det genom att ge oss ett större rum till samma pris. - Everything! And, that's not an exagerration. The receptionist is very cordial and makes you feel so welcome. The registration is quite fast. The room temperature is pluperfect.The 5-star rating is written all over. - The personnel was very caring, always asking about my comfort, ready to help with any problem, informing about the city. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, art deco is one of my favourite designs! As well as the location. Price for the the value is very good, which convinces to go back there.

  A very modern hotel within a building decades old. Renovated with much attention to detail. Large rooms and mini-kitchenette for small breakfast and snacks. Free wi-fi and SmartTV in the room for accessing internet. Inexpensive restaurants and pubs close by, as well as very nice hotel restaurant. Staff extremely helpful and efficient. If every hotel was like this, you'd probably not look much further.   Great views, great location, lovely rooms. Love the top floor swimming pool and saunas. Amazing breakfast buffets. - Staff was very friendly and I was not waiting so good attitude from hotel in Warsaw.

  Mycket trevligt hotell med "gammaldags atmosfär" och mycket bra rum och service samt toppenläge vid Gamla Stan - Enastående servicenivå, kunning och trevlig samt inte minst hjälpsam personal.   It is a nice apartment, in superb location, quite comfortable, although a few things could be improved such as a new bed in the bedroom as the current one is very squeaky... Also a coffee machine would be a nice addition. The bathroom needs to be modernised or at least the toilet should be moved further from the wall (I don't know how a bigger per... vad folk säger » son would fit in...;)). Having said that, we did enjoy our stay there as the apartment was clean, nicely decorated and close to all the sightseeings a - Could not beat the location, lovely pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk but very quiet and peaceful apartment in a residential complex. Lovely area - be aware the front gate electronic system doesn't work but one of the residents advised a swift hard push or kick and worked every time
