  The staff were VERY helpful to me! I was having trouble with banking and they immediatly had me on the phone with them! The place is VERY nice and depending if you can get a deal or not, this is an excellent value for money. Also, the breakfast is very good! - Genuinely helpful staff.   The suites are actually small apartments with plenty of room. You can tell the 'hotel' used to be an apartment building. The staff is super nice and ready to serve you with any need. The price is perfect, a modern/clean supermarket is two blocks away, it is possible to buy groceries and save a fortune preparing your own meals. We enjoyed the environment very much and its location is perfect, it is close to all the shops and attractive areas but it is not affected by the noise you can usually find in a downtown main street or avenue. - - friendly staff - safe place

  The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most of them spoke at least some English so there wasn't much communication trouble for a non- Spanish speaker like me. I arrived early in the morning and they emptied a room up for me to have a rest, which was really nice since technically I couldn't check in until 2:00pm that day. So much was within walking distance...especially the food market Surquilla No 1 which is not to be missed for the best cerviche in town, the Inca market, and the cliff tops.   We were very happy with our stay at the Swissotel. The staff went out of its way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding.   The prize is excellent compared to other nearby huge hotels. It is in the posh neighbourhood, it is absolutely safe. I stayed there after a conference in a nearby hotel in order to save money and to have a nearby room for one extra night. The room and the breakfast was good, cosy. - The room was nice and quiet.   Lovely staff! Very helpful, beautiful young ladies. Our room had a terrace, not private, but still we could open our door and enjoy the sunlight and fresh air. Location is great - Miraflores is clean and safe - the hotel is half a block from the boardwalk where we took daily walks.
