  The proprietor, Mr. Villaran was very helpful in trying to solve problems and drove me personally to another hotel when problem could not be resolved. More, he helped me negotiate a better price at the hotel he drove me to. This was above and beyond anything I expected. Without his help I would have been stuck.   The suites are actually small apartments with plenty of room. You can tell the 'hotel' used to be an apartment building. The staff is super nice and ready to serve you with any need. The price is perfect, a modern/clean supermarket is two blocks away, it is possible to buy groceries and save a fortune preparing your own meals.   Lovely staff! Very helpful, beautiful young ladies. Our room had a terrace, not private, but still we could open our door and enjoy the sunlight and fresh air. Location is great - Miraflores is clean and safe - the hotel is half a block from the boardwalk where we took daily walks.   Me and my friends spent one night in this B&B. We arrived at 8 a.m. and had reservation for the night that day, Angelo invited us with breakfast, provided us with the map of Miraflores and gave us many valuable advices about Lima. He was very very helpful. After a long flight from Europe it was so nice and we felt wery welcome. The room was fi... vad folk säger » ne, not much big, but absolutely ok for our purposes. I would definitely recommend this place for stay! - Angelo, the owner, is an excellent teacher about the history of Peru. His helpfulness really made our stay more enjoyable as he knows where all the tourist attractions are and they are all quite close to his B&B. He and his staff make sure everyone is comfortable and being able to have breakfast each morning in the courtyard was most enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend B&B Tradiciones to anyone visiting Peru.

  Very close (6 kms) to Lima airport, but still quiet. The staff was very helpful and arranged us pick ups and transports back to the airport on our 2 different stays for 10 USD per raid. They also could arrange an unexpensive but nice 4 hrs extempore city tour to Lima. This is a perfect place for an overnight stay before next days flight.   We stayed in a quadruple room, 2 single beds, 1 bunk. Room and private bathroom spacious, clean, comfortable beds, hot shower. Room was facing the garden/ veranda and was very quiet. It was nice to sit on the veranda on lovely garden furniture and having a cup of tea. I can t comment on the location as we had only one night between 2 flights.
