  The staff were VERY helpful to me! I was having trouble with banking and they immediatly had me on the phone with them! The place is VERY nice and depending if you can get a deal or not, this is an excellent value for money. Also, the breakfast is very good! - Genuinely helpful staff.   My friend and I stayed here for one night only as we arrived from Europe at 8pm and was flying to Cusco the following day, and although the hotel is really expensive it’s certainly worth it purely for the location alone. As soon as you come out of the arrivals hall the hotel is slap bang right in front of you. The breakfast was buffet style and th... vad folk säger » ere was a good selection of cereals and breads etc... The room was very large and very clean with tv / dvd, the WiFi though wasn’t as reliable as we’d - Location, location, location. 24 hour spa ... and you really can get a massage at 2am because I did. The staff here are very helpful and courteous. Although you can definitely get cheaper elsewhere, and I have, the convenience of being directly opposite and attached to the terminal cannot be beaten if you are transiting through Lima. Even if you don't want to stay and have a few hours to kill, I suggest checking in and then visiting the day spa.

  Great attention to detail, beautifully dark quiet room at the back of the hotel meant we slept brilliantly. A choice of pillows also helped there. There was a mix up with our airport pickup so after a big apology we got a return transfer for free plus a free gift. Great service. The room was clean and the bed was the best we slept in during our three weeks in Peru and Bolivia. We really enjoyed our stay in this little oasis. Thanks!

  Very comfortable y clean rooms staff super friendly. Breakfast excellent buffet like and plenty of choices and food. Staff very friendly and ready to help. I will come back any time. - Excellent value for the money. Specially enjoyed their restaurant and sport facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool.
