  The little cottages by the harbour were unusual and comfortable. Made a nice change from regular hotel rooms. Location was good and staff were excellent. Good restaurants nearby.

  Great breakfast! In the sea harbor area - just next to the Magic Ice attraction and 2 minutes from Thon Hotel. They were very friendly with having extra coffee for guests available. - Excellent staff in reception, good meals, ultra comfortable parking, fantastic surroundings

  Central Location near the harbour, nice staff and the breakfast was also good. Easy walk into the main part of town and the small central shopping mall. The Hotel is located in and above a small mall with a shop for snacks etc without going outside. Ferry and rail terminal close by, taxi from the airport varies in price expect between 120 - 135 N... vad folk säger » OK. Check local bus as it stops near the hotel from the airport. Book early as the Hotels in the area are very busy. - reception staff excellent customer care; location very central and beautiful views; top 13, sky bar, nice and friendly; breakfast buffet of good standard; room nice and cosy design; lifts fast and stairs were easy to use; relatively quiet although close to flight path and no noise from neighbours; good value for money;

  Loved the staff! Really helpful and accommodating. Great chef in the restaurant! Free coffee/gourmet tea in the lobby 24/7. Bar/candy/essentials shop at the check in desk.   Very friendly owner. The booking for our group of 12 somehow got us three cabins for six persons each. The owner cancelled one cabin for us and we stayed in two cabins. Nice location and a short 8 minutes' walk from a hill which provides a birds eye view of the Nusfjord with the mountain forming a nice backdrop, and with good lighting from the ... vad folk säger » sunset illuminating that mountain. Convenient for fishing and boat rental (something we would try next time around). - We stayed at Rorbu No.22, a big 2-bedroom cabin, which is ideally located on the waterfront without neighbors. The atmosphere is amazing, beyond description, of course, after all the day tourists are gone.

  We asked for cabins with view of the harbour and we got assigned/upgraded to three cabins as requested. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Nice restaurant Borsen Spiseri -- but book in advance when you have a large group in slack season. Very close to the town -- across the bridge -- and nice walks around. - Very confortable and pleasant living... vad folk säger » at the site surrounded with fantastic scenery. Appartement was very practically designed and very well equiped. We appreciated the possibility of good breakfast in the main building.

  All hotels in Norway are expensive, but this one was a good price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with my booking, but since I had to leave for the airport very early the next morning (before the normal breakfast time), they graciously prepared some things in advance for me (did not get fresh scrambled eggs, but th... vad folk säger » ey made soft boiled eggs for me, accompanied by fresh baked bread, cereal, fruit, meat, cheese, etc.. a typical Eurpean breakfast!)
