Location couldn't be better! Restaurant is very good. We caught some fish and they cooked it for us, so we didn't have what was on the menu, but if our dinner is anything to go by they really know what they are doing! Staff is friendly and very helpful, although don't expect them to be your tourist information center. Luckily, that is just a five

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They exuded warmth and went out of their way to make us welcome. The fireside reception lobby was warm and inviting. The location was superb. Breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip and the breakfast room had a light, warm and friendly feeling with a world class view. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

This hotel never disappoints us, we have stayed here several times. The staff are friendly and helpful and we have had a delightful room each time we have stayed. The evening buffet is great and enables you to choose healthy food options.
