We loved staying here. Our studio was very spacious, modern and comfortable with excellent facilities and fast Internet. The bathroom was great - we loved the heated towel rails and shower stall - and the kitchenette was a real bonus for breakfast and snacks. Fantastic location in the centre of Oslo and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a flash!

Jag blev uppgraderad till ett *väldigt* stort rum. Sängarna var bekväma, inredningen mycket snygg och frukosten utmärkt. När jag checkade ut frågade receptionisten om jag tyckt om vinet jag tagit från minibaren. När jag ställde mig tvekande till det (det hade inte varit särskilt gott) så drog han av kostnaden för det. Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

The hotel is, as the name implies, centrally-located. It's a one block walk to the Nationaltheatret train/metro station (so getting to and from OSL airport is a breeze!) You're also within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions.
The room (I had a double) was quite nice, with large windows and high ceilings.
Their breakfast was also on point (definitely worth waking up for, especially given how expensive food is in Norway.)

Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to
check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled
and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff
appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10.

When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.
