  The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception were friendly on arrival and there was nothing which was too much trouble. After travelling it was great that we could immediately get into our room. The food was good and so helpful to have a weekend breakfast special. The Hotel is so close to town, and this is partly why we chose... vad folk säger » it again. - We liked the rooms, the location to what we wanted, the nice smile from the counter staff , the cleaning of the room.. even though we did not put the ' clean room' sign out, The care of the manager /owner when the quake struck with a cold beer.The blankets given when the fire alarm went ...after standing outside for ages.

  Excellent service from property owner and very good and clean facilities. Position is excellent and that the owner organised transport for us to the airport (4am), was very much appreciated, We loved that there is a curfew on planes as we thought we might have been kept awake all night. Would definitely stay again. Thanks! - It is a perfect locat... vad folk säger » ion for cathing an early flight out of Wellington. The staff organised a wake up call and a taxi. We were quite late arriving in but the room was heated for us which was really appreciated.

  We loved the personal touch with Jenny the Manager, very willing and accurate information ie the distance we had to travel, eating places, etc. The changing of the linen and re stocking the unit daily. I thank them for that, but she was fit enough to compete in the Masters NZ Track & Field Champs so I knew she would c - staff were incredibly helpful - I need to get some business emails sent and they bent over backwards to help ensure I could. also very friendly and good to talk to about eating out options. Fantasitic place to stay for early flight - they arranged the wake up call and taxi. very stress free.

  We absolutely loved our stay at The Museum Hotel and didn't want to leave. I read so many varying reviews on the hotel before making the booking and after staying here can confidently say that it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I don't know what other people can complain about. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great for - I thought the place was fabulous! My 11 year old and 17 year old were very happy and comfortable too! The location is excellent and we made use of the cafe and proximity to the museum and courtney place buses and eateries! Would definitely stay here again and even my husband enjoyed viewing all the various art works. 9.5/10

We were happy there and would stay there again. - I stayed at female dormitory with a shared bathroom. Which was handy. Very good location to go to anywhere as it is in downtown. Also there is a bar in a same building and they provided beers with a good deal. Each staff was friendly and I enjoyed conversations with them.

The convenience of being close to the airport for late night arrivals from Australia. - Everything we needed for an overnight stop before catching an early morning flight home. We were picked up within five minutes of arrival, transported to our spotless, comfortable, quiet room. A wake up call was arranged for us, and an early morning taxi was there waiting for us. I had the best night's sleep, without any worries, after a really good pub meal recommended at the hotel.

  An oldish hotel starting to show its age, but still a very comfortable and spacious room. It was my second stay at Brentwood, so they are doing something right :-) Staff helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet despite the airport being so close, and having a group of teenage basketball players in the rooms alongside mine.   The motel owner was absolutely delightful, so friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful with what to see and do around Wellington. Rooms were clean and comfortable.   24 hour reception which was great for me as I checked in after midnight and the rooms were clean and perfectly satisfactory. Laundry with iron available, small shop in the building and great lcoation right in town. - We wanted somewhere to sleep and shower. We got just that. No complaints from us. Was clean and tidy and basic. Would stay again.
