  We made a dinner booking with our room for 2013-02-09 through letsbookhotel.com on 2013-02-04. No dinner was booked. After a place was made for us at the last minute by a very attentive and thoughtful manager and staff, we did have a restricted menu meal. But unfortunately this was of less than average quality. We appreciated the efforts the manag... vad folk säger » er and serving staff made, to make what was to be a special occasion for us. - The beds were so comfortable and soft. We really enjoyed our stay and they upgraded us on arrival to a room with a view of the glacier. Friendly staff. Nice lobby with fire place that was great at end of day as it got pretty cold....

  Very large room with super comfortable bed. very quiet position and yet so close to everything. Best night's sleep I've had for a long time. Everything spotless and very generous supply of coffee/ tea, soap etc. Proprietors very friendly and helpful. Covered parking for our car. The room was really spacious and comfortable with a great view of the mountain from the room. It is well located, close to everything and has wifi available at reasonable rates.

  We stayed in the Tree house which is more like a renovated shed, but it was roomy and clean. Franz Josef is a small town so we were very close to the center of town. The restaurant on site was beautiful, great for a drink and a good big feed. The room had plenty of facilities, games, laundry etc. - Beds were pretty comfortable and room was quite ... vad folk säger » large, although I think they put us in a disabled room due to the toilet and layout (fridge, kitchen were all at low height). Lovely outside rainforest location, it was raining so didn't get to enjoy it that much.

  Everything about this motel was excellent. Beautiful, luxurious rooms decorated with style, taste and an eye for details to make a stay very comfortable. Amazing scenery. The laundry open till late and very clean. But the managers Sandi & Mac were outstanding. Warm,welcoming,friendly and extremely helpful. The management is very friendly and informative. Located only 3 minutes drive to the township. The place is really one of the highlights of our trip. Will definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.
