  Right from the start we received a warm welcome & a very good insight to attractions of the city.Although a bit dated,the facities are comfortable & our unit was spacious & comfortable.TV & Wi-Fi both great.On future trips to Dunedin this will be the first place we try to book.Location is very good,straight down George St to the Oc... vad folk säger » tagon,& shops,bar close by. - Excellent hospitality and a wealth of very useful information on arrival. Friendliness and efficiency of staff. The space of the cottage. The location. The city itself, so interesting, full of atmosphere and scenery. The walk up the steepest road in the world!!. Dunedin and the Tourist Court cottages are definitely somewhere we would like to return to again.

  This was the cleanest Motel I had ever been in. I was thoroughly impressed with the layout of the unit, the space allotted, the facilities. The price was incredibly good value for what you were getting. Staff were friendly and approachable. Close to beach and only a quick eight minute walk up the road to supermarkets and a few fast food resturan... vad folk säger » ts. Close to bus stops. - omg. for what it's worth, this place is value for money and close to the tourist spots. e.g. Sandfly bay to see the penguins/seals, the castle and CBD of Dunedin. The staff were so helpful and we were grateful and excited to see the penguins on the recommended bay that cost nothing. Definately a place to come back to. The cadbury factory was worth it too.

  In a very hilly town like Dunedin this is only 100 m uphill from a reasonable walk into town which we appreciated.after a meal out!   Please look no further than this place ! The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious, very clean. There was even a dishwasher ! Every conceivable amenity has been provided.   We were lucky enough to be given a gorgeous room in the old villa............not one of the motel units. Our room was just lovely with most of the original features of the villa in tact. It had real atmosphere. I don't think I would have been thrilled to get one of the 'ordinary' units. - We were in the front room of what used to be an old hou... vad folk säger » se. The room was large with beautiful, high pressed-tin ceilings. The bed was good, we also had a lounge on which to watch TV. It was all beautifully clean and although on a fairly major road was relatively quiet at night.

  I liked the decor and that it was matching, and not bitsy. Didn't take long to heat up the room. Having the extra tv channels was good. - the rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. heater was great and didn't take long to heat up. very comfy beds :)

  Staff were very accommodating. We missed our flight so couldn't make our first planned nights stay. Although they didn't have to they were able to waive the room fee for that night which took a lot of pressure off us and made the remaining nights stress free.   We stayed with 4 people in a very spacious three-bedroom unit. Tons more space than you get in newly built motels, and a proper kitchen, all for a reasonable price. Also very close to the central city and the university, but quiet. The staff were very helpful. - Our two bedroom unit was set well back from the road and was not only comfortable but also very quiet. While there I discovered that one of my lens filters had shattered. When I asked the owner if I could borrow a vacuum cleaner to get the remains out my camera bag she insisted on doing the job for me!

  Having previously stayed here I was more than happy to return and was not disappointed. We had a comfortable bed and nice room overlooking George St. The bathroom was good and the shower was excellent!! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was full but it was very quiet. A pleasure to stay here and will return. Reasonable - The owners were really friendly and informative, our plane arrived late and they were great to stay up to wait for us and the place is affordable. They even recommended us a cheap car rental I m glade they were so helpful and friends. I would definitely recommend this place to friends n family
