  Everything met our standards and provided the comfort and necessities we like whilst not being swept off our feet. The staff were extremely helpful and the location is unbeatable... Walk to everything. Price was okay. They provide free wifi at excellent speed, that would ensure I would use this accomodation again. No complaints, good value. - Lov... vad folk säger » ed the concierge, Their service was fantastic, we rented a car a moment notice and they took care of everything for us. It was easy and a pleasure staying there. Loved that they cater to special dietary requirements on their in room dining. They are even willing to make you something that isn;t on the menu.

  staff were helpful hotel was lovely great views handy to city private housekeepers were not nosy, or obtrusive, just nice reception gave us a late checkout... we were very impressed with the service and ease of getting a late checkout.. then extending it...for no extra charge. I was running late with an assignment and needed to get it finished so... vad folk säger » booking out of the hotel in the morning would have been a disaster, so thank you Metropolis! We will definitely be back! - Loved the room and the veiw of the harbour. Was close to everything that we wanted to do, ie comedy shows. Will be staying here from now on, great to find a hotel with all we need.
