The fantastic courtesy and service we received from you and your staff on two occasions when we stayed with you this past month.
The free coach service to and from the airport was of real value and when coupled with the long term off street parking for our car while we were away for a couple of weeks was really appreciated.

Its all about the free airport shuttle as planes from oz seem to get
to akl at dreadful hours. Worked perfectly for me,appreciated. But
wait there is more. Also free pickup & return delivery to nearest
restaurant. Lovely people & good meals. They also deliver take-
aways. Motel rooms are large & generous & very clean. Have
used it a few times now & wouldn't consider looking for
alternative accommodation. Represents great value,good location &
has the shuttle.

Het hotel was dicht bij het vliegveld, wat automatisch betekent dat je dus ver weg van de stad zit. Het hotel was schoon en de kamers waren prima voor het geld dat je betaald. De shuttlebus naar het vliegveld wordt bij de receptie prima geregeld.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel/motel, and on both occasions we have been very pleased with the room and the service. The free parking and shuttle to and from the airport is a significant bonus. We'll be staying again in September. Early reviews should be disregarded. The present reality exhibits none of the problems mentioned

I loved the people/staff they were really helpful and friendly although I had a little trouble understanding their accent at times, they really took the stress out of getting to and fro the airport and were very accomodating with parking even though it was in short supply. Also a cot was there all ready for our infant that I had e-mailed and inquired about.

Staff were incredibly helpful and obliging, my best experience ever! Down to calling me post departure to let me know a friend had left his phone in the room and personally delivering it to the airport. Fantastic service. -
