All the rooms, beautiful interior stone staircase and the garden in front of the house are maintained with pristine hygiene and care. T - Liked 100% everything! Owners are very friendly, helpful and very kind people. The villa is having great spacious and cozy terrace with sea view. Rooms are super clean and nicely decorated, comfortable, furniture is new. For such price, the best villa in the town. Location is also great, half minute walk from main beach walk and restaurants; 2 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had wedding in Perast and allocated relatives and friends in villa David, everybody so liked the apartments. In case

  Everything in this apartment is great. It is conveniently located in Pérast (follow the white sign with blue writing that says "Apartment"). The stones walls are terrific.   We are so happy we booked that room in this lovely unique village. The location is really quiet and the view from our appartment was breathtaking. The place was fully equipped and the bathroom luxury with lots of character , combining modern comfort. It is a very cosy place and you could with no problem stay inside just looking at the view from the window. Pity we booked only - (Talking about 2 adult apartment with terrace) The pictures do not represent the real apartment: it is really much bigger and nicer! The view is amazing, the terrace is big enough and the air conditioning also works as heating in case you need it. The cats in the garden are a surprisingly pleasant company:) All in all, a lovely place!

  We stayed in Per Astra for three nights and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is located on the hills with one of the most stunning views I have ever seen. The room was comfortable with nice decor and a big jacuzzi, very sophisticated and with a luxurious feeling. The breakfast and lunch was delicious, so tasty and well presented.... vad folk säger » Also the staff was wonderful and really help us to make our stay as good as possible! I highly recommend this hotel and wish that we can go back soon - Hotel Per Astra commands a premium position in Perast, looking out over the beautifully preserved village to the Bay of Kotor and the Mountains which surround it. The hotel is well appointed, has friendly, helpful staff and provides free parking. The lovely pool terrace is also the venue for breakfast. A great way to start the day. We loved Perast and have no doubt we chose the best place to stay, even if it was a bit above our usual budget.
