Amazing place with hart and soul !!!Place was so lovely and we enjoyed our stay at Kula apartment. Everything was perfect: location,interior, cleanliness, rooms, common room, kitchen, facilities,security, view from the balcony. One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed at! 5 stars!!!!

Liked 100% everything! Owners are very friendly, helpful and very kind people. The villa is having great spacious and cozy terrace with sea view. Rooms are super clean and nicely decorated, comfortable, furniture is new. For such price, the best villa in the town. Location is also great, half minute walk from main beach walk and restaurants; 2 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had wedding in Perast and allocated relatives and friends in villa David, everybody so liked the apartments. In case

Everything in this apartment is great. It is conveniently located in Pérast (follow the white sign with blue writing that says "Apartment"). The stones walls are terrific. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

It is a very cosy place and you could with no problem stay inside just looking at the view from the window.
Pity we booked only -
(Talking about 2 adult apartment with terrace) The pictures do not represent the real apartment: it is really much bigger and nicer! The view is amazing, the terrace is big enough and the air conditioning also works as heating in case you need it. The cats in the garden are a surprisingly pleasant company:) All in all, a lovely place!
