Very relaxed and easy all over, friendly and helpfull personnel. Room was clean and functional. - Good sized room even though it was only a "studio". Nice view. Staff were polite, well presented and welcoming.

We came early and the front desk staff allowed us to check-in 2hrs before the normal time as soon as the room was vacant. It's really great since we are very tired from our long bus travel.
The room we took is the seaside and the view was great. It's also an advantage that it is along the beach so no need to cross the street to go there and after

The location is fine. It's hard to get taxi but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel -
Flamingo two bedroom suite has got two toilets n I love this coz I dont
like sharing toilets n I love d spacious living area where we can enjoy
coffee,watching tv while enjoying sea breeze.the swimming pool is just
lovely.i love d shops at lobby too.it is so convenient for snacks etc.

The rooms are very clean. The idea of not having a lot of carpeting is good as the room doesn't feel dusty.
No cigarette smell which is great.
Love the shower.
The air-conditioning is great. Very cold.
