  I stayed with my family in a two bedroom suite. we reached the place earlier than the hotel's check in time yet we weren't asked to pay extra bucks for the early check in,which was what we all expected at first; plus our room was made available in just a few minutes after we have confirmed our booking. Only that you'll - Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted.   We were on holiday with my sister and both rooms were upgraded from doubles to deluxe suites with fantastic views and super-fast wi-if. The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. It is also a 2 min walk from Berjaya Times Square, 5 mins from Sungei Wang and Low Yat and about 10 mins from Pavillion, Starhill... vad folk säger » and Fahrenheit 88. There is also a fantastic little bar across the street called Flash (big up to the owner Thomas!). - Big Hotel, 27 floors with 4 lifts. Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment. Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim. Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.

  Reception Staff on arrival and departure were friendly and competent. They asked if we were like an upgrade at no extra charge. We naturally said Yes and were delighted to be shown to a wonderful suite of rooms with an ensuite plus another separate toilet and hand basin. However, staff quickly came to the rescue and arranged for a luxurious priva - This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.

  The private suite has a lot of cockroaches and smelly. Thus, we requested to stay at the V garden hotel, and the staffs were helpful and allow us to change to other type of room.
