  Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.   We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check- in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the 30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very comfy, large flat screen tv, nice modern bathroom and kitchette... vad folk säger » , 2x bottles of water supplied daily included in the cost of the room as well as a daily newspaper.   THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER…..I can’t say enough about the Damas Suites. From the moment I arrived (a bit grumpy if I’m honest) the manager, Richard, leapt from reception with a huge smile to carry my bags in himself. It was like arriving home! The infinity pool is beautiful, great sauna, gym with a lovely view of a water feature and greenery... vad folk säger » (rare in KL). My studio apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean throughout, with a big fridge, loads of storage space, a very comfortable bed - Me and my friend stay at the deluxe studio suite. It was a huge room. There was the dining area, a decent kitchenette, and like a divided bedroom area separated with a sliding glass door. Apart From that comes along a spacious balcony event. Ours was facing the Hartamas shopping center. The hotel has a direct link to the Hartamas shopping centre it was real easy for us doing groceries. Our purpose staying at this hotel was to be out of they city area and it's nearer to the places that we wanted

  A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are... vad folk säger » a was good but the music at was annoying. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

  We like the design and comfortableness of the room. It was totally surprising us as it was much more nice-looking interior design, and provided a very home-like feeling to us, different with the room we stayed last year. The breakfast was also tasty with quite a variety.   A brand new hotel-apartment. It's reasonably priced and good if you are driving but there's also a lrt station nearby I think. Staff was helpful. There's a self service laundry downstairs and an Old Town white coffee next door at Ibis Style Hotel. The apartment is spotless clean, spacious and very comfortable. Swimming pool is okay. This is not a tourist hotel though. - One Stop Residence was a comfortable, clean, well priced apartment. Very easy to get into KLCC and other areas using the LRT, as well as being able to connect to the Komuter when required. Some very cheap (and good) eateries in the area. I also liked that there was a guest laundry to be able to keep on top of the washing whilst travelling.
