Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. To get a rest for a night near LCCT,Moon Eleven is convinient,cozy and much better than sleeping in airport.Landlord Nacy is very nice who can speak more than 4 kinds languages.She prepares snacks for guests and pleasure to help.In the night I stayed here,there was only 1 girl shared the room with me,I felt quiet and slept well.

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.

I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one
bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved
the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u
return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the
breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more
vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the

1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!
