Oh,where I should start! We booked this hotel due positive review on
booking,and we didn't regret! It was the greatest decision,since it
made our stay in kl even more unforgettable! We got the room on 22nd

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Vår bästa hotellupplevelse någonsin. Blev uppgraderade till "star guest" när vi skickade in och blev bjudna på deras fantastiska frukostbuffe och middag på kvällen. Lobbyn är grym och rummen stora. Inga klagomål alls utan utmärkt service och riktigt prisvärt. - The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service! For patiently waiting for more than one hour for our suite we got upgraded. and Dino from concierge who was there when we needed help. Perfect gentleman who was ready to provide his service. -

Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. We will surely re-staythere next time. - Everything, you guys are awesome, we even left thankyou

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

The room is spacious and toilet is well equipped - can bath kid and adult same time having the shower master and bath tub. Breakfast food is excellent to class and service by staff excellent. Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in kl. We are frequent
travellers to Malaysia and this hotel this time seemed to be a hidden
gem. Slightly outside of klcc perimeter but absolutely at the doorstep
of pwtc lrt. Very convenient to travel to sogo and other shopping malls

Compared to The Nomad SuCasa Hotel, where my sister and I stayed for the
first three nights, Seri Pacific was just awesome and $20 cheaper as
they had discounted rates at that time. We loved everything: very cosy
and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the
staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and
canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under
reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the
Sogo shops. Break

This is a very beautiful hotel. It's near to the Subang Airport/National. It has a very nice view about the golfplace. The breakfast is absolut fascinating. The lounge is absolute beautiful, great, great. The pool is nice and great. - they provide early breakfast for the fasting persons
