  The room, the staff, the facilities, the fact that it has a mall attached to it, the breakfast spread...everything! But just to highlight that the gym closes at 6pm daily. - The excellent reception, bagages, restaurant very smillly

  Grand Deluxe has a curve window wall with good view. Near to amenities and carpark is secure & safe with guard station full time at each level. Room is very big and spacious. - Poolside restaurent good. AC in rooms excellent. Staff friendly.

They could have just made me pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay there again when I m in kl.
