  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   The room was lovely and the pool fabulous. The manager was extremely helpful, also did his best to help us with a hire car problem unconnected with the hotel.   We have family room and they upgraded us to two join family big rooms, the location is awesome 5min walk train station ,also allowed us early check in - Clean quiet not to far from shopping china town and and day porter help me a lot
