  thanks managment very friendly staff mr jojo and mr rahman who are really they know their job pavilion should proud of such as this staff all was good while i was there fo 14 days just maybe more check for bathroom service need befor guest enter i give 9 out of 10 - Very helpful staff. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals.   The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall.   Great hotel for a stop over at Kuala Lumpur airport - or if you have an early flight or late arrival. Excellent pick up service provided by the hotel (5 MYR each way), the driver picked us up at exactly the agreed time, easy to find at KLIA. The next day we could choose the time they would bring us to the LCCT at KLIA. The rooms are much more spacious than t - The hotel is fantastic , although the location is not good as there were no shoping molls not lesures centers at all. The advantage of this hotel is very close to the International Airport. The hotels also providing the transportations from and to Airport with a very small charge. when i arrived no one help me to take the bags to my room as well as when i left. the receptionists were very helpful and very profesional.   The location was fantastic - Just above the pavilion shopping centre and close to lots of good restaurants etc. Also the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities was very good for a family with young children.
