  Hi , My self _ SAM wingrove I am a frequent comer in armada with my fiancee...... Let me explain bit briefly , I love this place because its always make me feel like own home . Every one from car joky , Gate welcomer, reception , customer service Specially I remembered few names .. Mr Ramesh Miss Staila And rest of team from dinning to cafe _... vad folk säger » Room service and security all acts like a family . Rest if I start writing , I can write book of excelience at Armada and staff. I love to be there - The staff very good. I left my purse at room and check out. After that they call me to collect it.   -Great location by the lake -most convenient if participating in water activities & events -able to view fireworks display from the comfort of my room -staffs were friendly & obliging (Syed of security, Farah of customer service) -plenty of plug points in the room -plenty of storage spaces in the room -lovely designs of hotel's buildings &... vad folk säger » amp; rooms -the surau was big comfortable convenient -plenty of nooks and corners for hanging out -facilties and cleanliness still in very good condit - The hotel staff were amazing! Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

  Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya. At night when we returned we found cookies :) Room cleanup... vad folk säger » was early n well done. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed for 7 nights on a business trip.The staff are amazing, and friendly!!!! We found the value for money was brilliant! The hotel organised a tour guide called Sam that was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and took care that we saw and understood Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast was yummy. Real value for money. - Staff was friendly and helpful, although not very knowledgeable/familiar with the vicinity. Hotel is new and has good mix of dining options. Room took a while to be ready but we are happy with the room. After an extra bed and baby cot, we didnt feel it was cramped at all. Only thing is the hotel website seems to be down. Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website.
