  Vår bästa hotellupplevelse någonsin. Blev uppgraderade till "star guest" när vi skickade in och blev bjudna på deras fantastiska frukostbuffe och middag på kvällen. Lobbyn är grym och rummen stora. Inga klagomål alls utan utmärkt service och riktigt prisvärt. - The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers... vad folk säger » , 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

  The room is spacious and toilet is well equipped - can bath kid and adult same time having the shower master and bath tub. Breakfast food is excellent to class and service by staff excellent. Olympic pool size and water very clean. Will definitely be back again! - nice hotel good amenaties good value

  Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.

  The staff were very friendly and courteous I emailed to organise car transfers to and from the airport and then car transfer to business meetings duing the week. They were very quick to respond and all transfers went smoothly. - The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. It's worth it staying here.   Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya. At night when we returned we found cookies :) Room cleanup... vad folk säger » was early n well done. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Plus so near to 2 trains makes it accessible to all places. To go to p... vad folk säger » etronas use their free shuttle. Huge traffic jams all over, so best use trains. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl - The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
