We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Vår bästa hotellupplevelse någonsin. Blev uppgraderade till "star guest" när vi skickade in och blev bjudna på deras fantastiska frukostbuffe och middag på kvällen. Lobbyn är grym och rummen stora. Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.

I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.

The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our
favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service! For patiently waiting for more than one hour for our suite we got upgraded. and Dino from concierge who was there when we needed help. Perfect gentleman who was ready to provide his service. -

main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

The room is spacious and toilet is well equipped - can bath kid and adult same time having the shower master and bath tub. Breakfast food is excellent to class and service by staff excellent.
