  The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4 pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine ... vad folk säger » free of charge which was really a great help. The room. Spacious with very comfortable beds. Cleanliness is up to our standard and the extras like suf - We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013. The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely Room is specious and clean Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants Defiantly

  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   The compound is relatively new, very clean, the apartments are spacious and the swimming pools and other recreation facilities are fantastic. Supermarkets and restaurants and other activities are withing walking distance. - The room was spacious, spotless, well appointed, had excellent views and very secure. The staff and amenities were great.

  The owner was very nice and accommodating. I wish we have stayed longer because the place was perfect (clean facilities, good location - about 5-10 mins away from Petronas Tower and walking distance from a metro station). I would definitely go back to Jia's Residences! - The owner response was excellent and Mr. Luis is very cooperative person.

  We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where.
