  Hotellet ligger perfekt mitt bland massor av shopping och restauranter. Personalen var väldigt uppmärksamma och hjälpsamma och alltid trevliga. - the hotel lobby is a dream! the rooms are spacious and technically highly equipped. the spa and the pool is also available after check-out (great service!), the hotel stafft is more than friendly and help... vad folk säger » ful and the breakfast area offers more you can ever eat! location is just 5 min from monorail - The hotel was embedded between designers shops, luxurious shopping mall and a cheaper kind of shopping mall. Very good fascilities within the room. Excellent fitness equipment, sauna, wellness, beautysalon and hairdressers. Very beautiful swimmingpool with nice personal.

  Grand Deluxe has a curve window wall with good view. Near to amenities and carpark is secure & safe with guard station full time at each level. Room is very big and spacious. - Poolside restaurent good. AC in rooms excellent. Staff friendly.

  1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel. 2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore. 3. The staffs are very friendly. I like the cleanness of the room - Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

  Nagot jag tyckte var trevligt var Sky baren dar det serverades kvalls te/kaffe med tilltugg gratis till hotellets gaster mellan pm9-pm11. - The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airpor... vad folk säger » t. Everything exceeded my expectations and more. - Imaginative rooms, perfect views of the Twin Towers, especially from the Skyview Lounge. Spa was really nice too. Good location, better than Bukit Bintang, especially during pek traffic times.
