  Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places. This gives me a good feeling everyday when I come back from touring outside ... Clean room with clean towels. And the facilities is as per what it's stated in the website.   When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings.   I like its just infront of syria shopping mall which takes about 1 min to walk across for high end shopping and behind the hotel is wisma merdeka for budget shopping..   The room is clean, well maintenance, comfortable. We were all so amazing and have that home feeling when we first stepped into the apartment. We loved the room. Yet, the thing that light up our day and make the trip have a great start is the friendly and personal service from the staff.   Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.   Almost everything was perfect during our stay there. The wifi was great, had no problems at all with the connectivity. Rooms are clean, air-conditioning was good as well. Lots of channels to watch on TV as well if you don't feel like going out. The owner was friendly and helpful as well.   The manager Michael was particularly helpful especially when the washing machine flooded the kitchen and must say I am really grateful. All the washing of the half washed clothes and drying was done a his own time. - The manager speaks fluent English and mandarin . Very warm and helpful.

We usually walked back to KK through the water-front market and bought back a lot of local fruits and vegetables. They had helped us to arrange hiring a taxi to go visit the wild life park, then go to the airpo - The apartment had heaps of room, everything you need,pool side views, very close to shops and staff very friendly. There is no office on location for billing but with a text or phone call Aaron and staff are there to help and very easy going they arranged transfers to and from airport at a email, text or call and came to apartment to finalise the bill. The whole family from Grandparents to Grandchildren loved it.
