  The facilities in the room like 5 stars hotel. The shower and bathtub in the bathroom are so impressive. All staff are very friendly. The room service staff who is wearing badge number 17 also very nice spoken to me. The Fine Dining Restaurant also has excellent menu especially Western food. The price of the room is very affordable. Maybe the hote... vad folk säger » l management should review the decision to put the Bible (New Testament) in the drawer in the room because not all the guests are Christians.So, we ca - I like the fact that we were upgraded to a deluxe room and that the room was very spacious. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

  Ritz-Garden new apartment wing is really nice! Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) - the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff. i like the location. enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast and lunch.

  The rooms I booked were spacious which include a lounge or day bed which an extra pax can sleep without requesting for additional bed. Night spa was great with different temperature pools. I enjoyed the place with both my family and friends.   We love the layout of the deluxe suite as it is just the right size for a family with children as well as parents (senior citizen). The room is child friendly and handicap friendly. It is clean and modern and has all the necessary comfort. For the price i paid, it was worth it.   All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th - Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.

  the team are very nice and helpful, good cooperation with all staff, it's very nice place to relax and enjoy an amazing vacation specially honeymooners and families , the design was fabulous . - Breakfast was excellent.   i loved this hotel .its small and peaceful and really close to the beach (other reviews have said that the beach is dirty but we found it clean and our children spent a lot of time swimming in the sea) our family room opened onto the pool terrace which was lovely . i would recommend a boat trip to coral island we had a lovely day here and the man ... vad folk säger » who runs the boat trip is very sweet. - room is great and suitable for family gathering, and near to beach for family picnic. Swimming pool just infront of the room. Good sleep at night - no noise from the neighbourhood hotels as like at Nipah beach. will consider to stay again in the future.

  This is a great hotel if you are on your way to Pangkor Island. The ferry is just over the road and we were allowed to leave our car in secure parking at the hotel while we were at the island. The room was spacious and the views spectacular. We will stay there again if in this area - big room,nice breakfast
