  The staff are exceptionally friendly and always there to help. I have booked an Apartment suite, however, the air-con is not working and resort staff had upgraded my stay to the Perdana suite at no additional cost. On the last day of the tour, one of the restaurent staff notice that my son was not feeling well. Will definitely come back to this resort for my subsequent visit - On arrival we were upgraded to a large family villa on the ground floor which had everything we needed with excellent housekeeping staff. The location of the Holiday/Federal Villa on Pantai Tengah Beach is perfect....Great for families

  Beautifully appointed room, in a very serene setting. The fabulous pool with perfect temperature and gorgeous view is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The staff were really helpful, even letting us have use of a room after check out (as we had a late flight) staff. I loved that there were cats everywhere! Facilities were excellent, staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We liked the furry cats running around the place, our lil one year old liked playing with them. Very homely feel to the room we stayed in. Bathroom was huge and the wooden bath tub was quaint. We loved the fruit and cakes that they stocked daily in our fridge.

  Everything was good, except the pillows were a little tall. So I decided to sleep without the pillow. Otherwise, room was bigger than most of the budget hotels I stayed. Bathroom was clean.   Our hosts, Mr. Yusuf and Ms. Hamida were super-friendly and helpful. Among 10 years of traveling around the world, they were perhaps the kindest hosts we've ever met. Since the motel location was far from the beach, they'd usually offer us a ride with their own car. Also very impressed with how clean the rooms are. Then in July 2012, i decided to stay there again during my trip with parents and family. We stay at room G2, G3 and G4 at the beach side. The beautiful beach is just few steps from the door. The room is clean, big and comforta - clean, large room and really value for money.
