We had a really enjoyable stay at Ramada hotel. The room was comfortable and had amazing view over the river and town. We were really happy to get a great offer from letsbookhotel.com that includes one hour massage, the welcoming drink and the breakfast(the breakfast was the best ever, you could get all types of food and it was freshly made for us

When I arrived at the Hotel by taxi the driver tried the usual trick of the trade of claiming that he did not have change for 5 ringit. The staff at the hotel handling our luggage lent me 5 ringits to resolve the problem.
When we asked for an extension of the check out time it was granted.

A hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends and had done so a couple of time. The rooms are definitely spacious and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good spread for buffet breakfast but after coming there for about 4 times, the spread are basically the same. Change the spread quarterly would be a good idea

The hotel and its facilities is pretty new and clean. I booked premium double room with bathroom. Air-cond is working well. Water pressure is satisfied. Don't worry about the parking as there is a lots of parking lots nearby the hotel. -

Excellent stay for budget type traveler. Although the bed is not as comfortable as the 5 star hotel, but still okay for sleeping under cold air condition after a tired travelling around in Malacca. The room is simple and clean. Although is shared bathroom, but it is extremely clean! The WIFI connection is smooth. -

The staff is really nice, they can even buy bus tickets for you. The location was a bit hard to find at first (even for a local taxi driver!), but once you're there, you realize it's pretty central. Free wi-fi.
