  We had a really enjoyable stay at Ramada hotel. The room was comfortable and had amazing view over the river and town. We were really happy to get a great offer from letsbookhotel.com that includes one hour massage, the welcoming drink and the breakfast(the breakfast was the best ever, you could get all types of food and it was freshly made for us... vad folk säger » ). Overall we were very happy with our stay. - When I arrived at the Hotel by taxi the driver tried the usual trick of the trade of claiming that he did not have change for 5 ringit. The staff at the hotel handling our luggage lent me 5 ringits to resolve the problem. When we asked for an extension of the check out time it was granted.

  We were a little confused on arrival as the hotel did not appear to have our letsbookhotel.com reservation but on showing our confirmation things were soon put right.   Mahkota Hotel is always our choice whenever we make a trip to Malacca. It is a very family friendly hotel and we like it very much. However, the hotel should put more effort to upkeep the rooms and some of the staff are not so friendly but if your are lucky enough, you will be entertained by those staff who are so friendly and customer oriented.... vad folk säger » Food and facilities are good. - The check in staff were very friendly and helpfull. The location of the hotel is excellent with only a short walk to the main attractions of Melaka. The grounds and facilities of the hotel were great , my kids loved the pool with the water slides.

  I am very glad that I had chose Philea resort for our staycation. The service staff are awesome and friendly. The greenery surrounding the villa is impressive, and the rustic looking pavillion we stayed in was very nice. I have enjoyed myself very much in this staycation. Thank you for the services provide by the hotel. I couldn't recall the name ... vad folk säger » of some staff, but I would like to mention one receptionist, and one Muslim lady with a tudung. She arranged the buggy service and did a very good job - I love the room. Classy log house style. It also comes with hair-dryer and the bathroom has shower in bathtub and a separate shower cabin. I also love the pool side. Serene surounding and suitable for young children to play.
