My husband & I stayed there for our 1st anniversary . Since it was
school holiday & public holiday we couldnt get any other place to go
because most of the hotel outside kuala lumpur are fully booked . This
villa situated right in the middle of the city & just 5 mins drive
from our working place . But it was worth it . We really loved

within the grounds, pool, garden etc are extraordinary. The staff and
management could not do enough for us. The manager even drove us to the
station (for the airport) early in the morning when our booked taxi
failed to appear. The room was beautifully conceived and decorated,

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".
