  staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

  1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel. 2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore. 3. The staffs are very friendly. I like the cleanness of the room - Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers.   The owner was very nice and accommodating. I wish we have stayed longer because the place was perfect (clean facilities, good location - about 5-10 mins away from Petronas Tower and walking distance from a metro station). I would definitely go back to Jia's Residences! - The owner response was excellent and Mr. Luis is very cooperative person.
