  1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel. 2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore. 3. The staffs are very friendly. I like the cleanness of the room - Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

  The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.   The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall.
